Enhanced Security for Secure Chat

We're strengthening Secure Chat to better protect PHI and ensure verified members' data stays secure.
Key Updates:
- Chat History Protection: Members accessing Secure Chat via SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels will only see messages from their current encounter—past chats remain hidden.
- Verified Member Alerts: Agents in the Command Center will see clear indicators when assisting verified members, prompting additional data confirmation as needed.
These updates enhance privacy, security, and trust in every interaction!
Multi-Channel, App-Free Secure Chat

We're expanding our app-free solution beyond SMS and WhatsApp with direct access links for secure chat! Clients can now generate multiple links for different campaigns, emails, websites, QR codes, and more—unlocking new ways to engage users.

Multi-Channel Access: Users can enter via direct links, no app required.
Flexible Entry Points: Generate multiple links tailored to campaigns.
Guest Mode: Unregistered users can chat instantly (no history stored).
