Terms and Conditions

  • Pager Health (short code 66279): Pager, Inc. d/b/a Pager Health (sometimes referred to herein as “Pager Health” or “we”) sends text messages on behalf of your health plan or payer, employer, third-party administrator (TPA), broker, or hospital or health system (your “Healthcare Organization”) based on the opt-in agreement you have with your Healthcare Organization and/or Pager Health. Messages may include information about your health benefits, care, and wellness programs.

  • About short code 66279: Short code 66279 is registered to Onlife Health, Inc., a Pager Health company. Onlife Health was acquired by Pager Health in 2022, so text messages from 66279 are sent by Pager Health.

  • How to opt out: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to 66279. To start receiving text messages again, sign up the same way you did originally.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your program and the communications you are enrolled in. Messages may be recurring and may be sent using automated technology.

  • Text messages are optional: You can participate in your program even if you do not opt in to receiving text messages.

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 855.374.7038.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • Security of text messages: Text messages are not encrypted and may not be secure. Someone other than you could intercept or read information in a text message. By opting in, you accept these risks.

  • Your receipt of text messages from short code 66279 and your use of the SMS service are subject to the Pager Health Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these SMS Terms and Conditions by reference.
