Pager Health℠ Earns NCQA Wellness & Health Promotion Reaccreditation
Sixth consecutive independent review reaffirms the strength of Pager Health ReallyWell℠, a personalized wellness solution built for healthcare organizations
NEW YORK, September 15, 2026 – Pager Health, a leading healthcare navigation and wellness company, today announced it has received its sixth consecutive Wellness & Health Promotion (WHP) Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The accreditation, which extends until July 2029, gives healthcare organizations independent confirmation that ReallyWell℠, the AI-powered, data-driven well-being platform from Pager Health, continues to deliver the evidence-based standards and privacy protections that anchor their programs. ReallyWell℠ connects members to personalized health assessments, ongoing coaching and clinical support, helping these organizations engage their populations and close gaps in care.
“This reaccreditation demonstrates the rigor we bring to every part of our platform, from protecting member privacy to the evidence-based design of our wellness services,” said Tom Pelegrin, chief growth officer at Pager Health. “Earning this distinction across six consecutive review periods, alongside exceptional member satisfaction scores, reflects the consistency of that rigor, and our dedication to delivering the quality standards our clients and their members expect.”
NCQA WHP Accreditation is a nationally recognized evaluation that healthcare organizations use to assess the quality of wellness and health promotion programs. To earn this status, granted only to organizations with excellent programs, Pager Health underwent a rigorous, voluntary review across NCQA’s WHP standards, including evaluations of privacy and confidentiality protections, population engagement, self-management tools and health coaching. A national oversight committee of physicians then reviewed the survey findings before assigning the accreditation level, confirming the consistently high bar the review process itself must meet.
Through ReallyWell℠, Pager Health combines AI-powered wellness engagement, expert clinical support and contextual navigation to keep members healthy between care moments. The platform, white-labeled for each client, provides coaching and health assessment tools grounded in clinically validated methods, reinforcing the trust members can place in every interaction. For healthcare organizations, ReallyWell℠ helps reduce total cost of care, close care gaps and improve member satisfaction, with measurable results including an 82% gap closure rate for annual wellness exams.¹
“NCQA’s Wellness & Health Promotion Accreditation requires organizations to demonstrate their compliance with well-defined standards and quality measures,” said Vivek Garg, MD, MBA, NCQA president and chief executive officer. “The NCQA seal will provide these organizations with the information they need to choose the best program in their markets.”
This reaccreditation offers continued assurance that Pager Health meets the industry’s highest standards for wellness program quality and privacy, a foundation that supports the outcomes ReallyWell℠ delivers.
