Proven Results – Across our commercial health plan partners, we see a 3% to 12% annual activation rate annually when looking across the entire health plan.  We do have select segmentations and packages that achieve up to 85% activation rate. Our proven engagement rates include but are not limited to 56 to 97% health assessment completion, 75% self-guided program completion, 55% personal challenge completion, and 34% multi-login rate, across our various partner organizations.

NextGen Wellbeing Solutions – Innovative approach to wellbeing that (i) leverages generative AI, clinical data, and consumer preference to personalize each member experience, (ii) drives greater engagement, and (iii) increases longitudinal adoption, leading to greater health outcomes.

Customizable Configurations – Keeping employees engaged and clients Blue by allowing for client configurations in the wellbeing platform. Pager Health supports this today through your Client Success team. Self-service tools are being developed now to support further client configurations.
