Seamless Integration

We utilize claims and clinical data to incentivize and personalize journeys to drive healthy behaviors such as preventive measures, screenings, and annual check-ups tailored to individual health needs.

We prioritize key actions like health risk assessments and physical exams to boost incentives, leading to higher engagement in preventive care and improved health outcomes.

Employer-driven Customization

We help you enable employers to customize platform features such as challenges, communications, and reward events to enhance employee well-being (e.g., Heart Walk participation or MHFA training completion).

This customization will help retain wellness, reducing carve-out and disintermediation while assisting companies in achieving employee engagement objectives.

Holistic Approach to Wellness

We provide straightforward guidance on physical preventive care and comprehensive clinical support for individuals within companies striving for wellbeing across various domains: physical, mental, emotional, social, and financial.

Our tailored wellness programs address individual needs, guiding them to the next right thing to do, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
